Visa invitation
Foreign visitors are required to have an invitation letter from an official Chinese contact before a visa may be issued. The host of the show is able to send you the required invitation letter. Please refer to the order form on page 4 of the pdf file “Visitor Information”
How to arrive in Guangzhou
You can reach Guangzhou directly (non-stop) with European airlines such as Air France, Finnair and Lufthansa or with other airlines via Beijing, Shanghai or Hong Kong. Air China and China Southern Airlines offer connecting flights to Guangzhou.
If you arrive at Hong Kong International Airport you can also travel by comfort busses directly from the airport to all Guangzhou 5-star hotels. The journey takes approx. 3 hours and is an amazing experience for first time visitors to get an impression of the urbanized area between Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Venue
Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Centre (GICEC), also known as the Chinese Export Commodities Fair Pazhou Complex, is located on Pazhou Island in the south-east of the city. You can easily reach the venue via Metro line no. 2, which halts at the station “Xingangdong Lu” and accesses the venue from the south into exit A
On-site-registration
You do not need to pre-register for the exhibition before going to China. You can simply enter the venue and proceed to the "Overseas Visitor" counter. English speaking staff will support you if necessary. All visitors will receive visitor badges. Badges and admission are free of charge.
